Our client, an innovative and ambitious scale-up company, has also opened up in Amsterdam. So right now we’re looking for a Sales & Partnerships person for the Dutch market.

The right person is a sales driven person who is looking for the next step in his or her career and wants to join them challenging the market and help companies scale.

You will be responsible for selling developers to companies in the Netherlands. You will do this by presenting their company, their unique recruitment process, their developers that they are really proud of and the skills they possess. Your main focus is on expanding their client base and you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing the deal. As Sales & Partnerships manager you see yourself as a consultant, a trusted advisor whose goal it is to establish long-term relationships with their clients. You are passionate about new business and love to challenge your counterparts and the market.

Functie eisen

What you need to have

  • You have at least 3 years experience in B2B sales
  • You have experience in consultative sales
  • You instill confidence in your customer dialogue
  • You see the importance of working long term and with high quality
  • You are a person who dares to challenge, both your team and your customers

Nice to have

  • You have experience from the consulting and recruitment industry
  • Experience within and a passion for the IT industry (tech savy)
  • Bachelor's or master's degree
